REFORMADISON has a 2-hour cancelation policy. If you cancel your class 2 hours or more before the class, you will receive a full credit back onto your account.  If canceled within the 2-hour window you will lose your class credit. 

Classes canceled after the 2-hour window will be considered late cancelations and charged as though attended. However, you may show-up on standby for another class during the same day and if a spot is available- it's yours! We cannot promise that a spot will be available; those who attend on standby assume the risk that the class may be full. 

All classes should be canceled online. Log into MINDBODY, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. 

As of Nov 1, 2022, all Monthly Unlimited Members’ late cancellation fees will be waived (but please try not to late cancel or ghost us!)

REFORMADISON does not accept cash or checks; all classes must be purchased online or in the studio.

WAITLIST

If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist. To join the waitlist you must have a class credit in your account. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email, text, or phone depending on the preference set in your profile. To receive these reminders your Mindbody profile must be set to accept notifications and reminders.  You can remove yourself from the waitlist up to 1 hour before the class starts-- please do so if you no longer plan on joining the class -- if you are pulled off the waitlist within the 2- hour cancelation window- your account will be credited as if you attended.

TO CHECK YOUR WAITLIST STATUS, LOG INTO MINDBODY, GO TO MY INFO, CLICK MY SCHEDULE. IF YOU GOT INTO THE CLASS IT WILL SAY “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED.” IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS CLASS, BE SURE TO REMOVE YOURSELF OR NOTIFY US AND WE’LL REMOVE YOU! 

RUNNING LATE

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. If you're running late and have not communicated this to a staff member, your spot may be given to a standby guest.

For safety reasons, new students should arrive 10 minutes before class for a proper orientation to the Megaformer and to purchase grip socks.

Studio is open 10 minutes prior to scheduled classes.

All services are non refundable.
