REFORMADISON has a 2-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your class 2 hours or more before the class, you will receive a full credit back onto your account.  If canceled within the 2-hour window or if you were a no-show, you will be charged a late fee ($25 for monthly members, $27 for introductory month users) or lose your class credit. 

All classes should be canceled online or in our app.

REFORMADISON does not accept cash or checks; all classes must be purchased online or in the studio.

Please be mindful of package expiration dates as once a package expires, it cannot be extended or reinstated. If you wish to cancel your monthly membership after the 3-month minimum, you must email Katie at info@reformadison.com at least 30 days before your requested termination date.

WAITLIST

If the class you want to attend is full, join the waitlist. To join the waitlist you must have a class credit in your account. If a spot opens up, you will be notified by email, text, or phone depending on the preference set in your profile. To receive these reminders your user profile must be set to accept notifications and reminders.  You can remove yourself from the waitlist up to 1 hour before the class starts-- please do so if you no longer plan on joining the class. 

RUNNING LATE

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class. If you're running late and have not communicated this to a staff member, your spot may be given to a standby guest.

For safety reasons, new students should arrive 10 minutes before class for a proper orientation to the Megaformer and to purchase grip socks.

Studio is open 10 minutes prior to scheduled classes.

All services are non refundable.
