REFORMADISON'S FAQs

IS REFORMADISON PILATES?

No, this is Lagree. There are similarities to Pilates, but the Lagree Fitness Method is performed at a higher intensity and includes cardiovascular elements (this is a good thing!).

I’M AFRAID OF LOOKING LIKE I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING. DO I NEED TO HAVE A PRIVATE INTRODUCTORY CLASS BEFORE A GROUP CLASS?

None of us like looking like we don't know what we're doing.  Understand that there will be a learning curve when you begin practicing the Lagree method, but if you're patient with yourself and with us, you'll get the hang of it in no time.  Besides, all of us REFORMADISON instructors have been extensively trained by a Lagree Master Trainer and we know what we're doing.  Come with an open mind and allow us to guide you into the shake zone!

With that said, if you would still like a private class, please contact us for pricing and scheduling!

HOW DO I PURCHASE CLASSES?

You can either purchase classes through MINDBODY or at the studio.  All classes must be prepaid.  We do not accept cash or check and we do not offer refunds on services.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND CLASSES AT REFORMADISON?

To get maximum results, we recommend 3-4 sessions/week.  We love seeing your face every day, but remember that rest and recovery are also important aspects of your physical and mental health.

HOW EARLY DO I NEED TO SHOW UP?

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled session.  If it’s your first time at REFORMADISON, please show up 10 minutes early to receive a quick tutorial on the Megaformer and to purchase grip socks if you didn’t bring a pair.

The studio will be open 10 minutes prior to scheduled classes.

HOW LONG IS CLASS?

50 shaking, heart-pumping, body REFORMing, mega-awesome minutes.

WHERE DO I PUT MY STUFF?

We have cubbies for you.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Breathable athletic wear.  Gripping/non-slip socks are required to ensure a safe workout and clean machines.  These are available for purchase in the studio or you can bring your own.  Bring water and a towel; we don’t have showers.  Please turn off your cellular phone and leave your jewelry at home!
